Not only that, but the keyboard frame on the right side got scratched when they were sending it back
I sent it there because I was in a factory for a month and didn't have my case yet so it got super scratched on its screen and metal frame (plastic frame was okay, the metal was only damaged due to a fall) and it had a single dead pixel. The phone works ok and all, but its sunlight legibility is really bad and it's hard to use it with a stylus. I'll have to resend it after a week (going on vacation) and also put the keyboard frame into repairs (at least that will be under a guarantee). I have the CP-123 case now and it works fine.
The point here is, why doesn't Nokia put a Nokia Care point in Slovenia?
Also moral of the story: get a screen protector/case, even if you keep it alone your pocket
(there's more on the actual device, the one on the left that goes into the frame is courtesy of Teleray)
