I didn't want to mail it back so I was trying to see if there was some place I could walk into in new york city. Couldn't get a clear answer.

Fill out all the fields with asterisks and check all the check boxes with symptoms related to your problem.

And finally at the bottom theres an explanation field. What follows is the explanation I gave them.

"The female portion of the usb charging port became loose on removal of the charger. On replacement and removal again the phone didn't indicate that it was charging and the port is now completely loose"

Update: Got the phone back, its either well refurbished or spanking new. They even gave me a $10 ovi store debit card.
