Hi, sorry if this is covered elsewhere, I couldn't find anything particularly useful.

How do people go about coding HTML on their N900?
Are there any apps that give syntax highlighting and autocompletion/intellisence.

So far I've been using leafpad but it's not really aimed at web dev.

Alternatively is it possible to add a bottom strip, such as in xterm (esc,page up/down functions) to leafpad.

The reason I ask is that I code quite alot of html css and php and would like quick access to the following symbols:

< > { }

So to have those on a bottom strip would be really useful.

I find fn+symbol then select a symbol to be very slow when using repeatidly.

Thanks
James

For syntax highlighting there's PyGTKEditor; it doesn't do autocomplete though. It does have bottom strip for //comments and indenting in and out.

You might want to look into keyboard remapping; I'm not an expert, so have a search of the forum for details.
