Do you have to switch to Russian by Ctrl+Space initially? If so, perhaps it helps to open XTerminal, type "debbie-sue", switch to Russian, and then type "debwm".

In the Debian Chroot I write in russian.
If you run OOo, without running LXDE, it is only in English.
In LXDE only in English.
Ctrl + Space toggles language only in Debian chroot.
Maybe in .xbindkeysrc:

"Wmctrl-r: ACTIVE:-b toggle, fullscreen"
m: 0x4 + c: 65
Control + space

instead of "fullscreen" to write something else?

I can answer this one!

The short answer, unfortunately, is "no".

It is technically possible to mount the Maemo file system in the Debian file system, like a weird set of nesting dolls where the outside doll is also inside the inner doll, but that's pretty advanced stuff, and I don't recommend it. But maybe if you're savvy with the mount command, you could give it a try and report back...

I can't answer the questions about Russian keyboards.

I would anyhow suggest to replace the above entry in .xbindkeysrc by

Code:

"wmctrl -r :ACTIVE: -b toggle,fullscreen"
  Shift+Mod5 + space

so that for full screen you have to press Shift+Fn+Space, thus preserving the standard Control+Space for language switches.

But since OO outside of LXDE is also only in English for you, this is probably not the issue. I suspect you need to install Russian localization for OO. For this you should first upgrade OO to the version in squeeze as described in the wiki and then additionally do

pingu, I think nobody answered you last time because your question isn't clear. The LXDE desktop folder is in your /home/user folder. Why do you want to change it?

Hey guys,
Dunno where to ask this question which I have been waiting to ask since sum time now.

I have had a hard time trying to set the MIME type.
Ex. I installed a bit torrent client and in the desktop icon, i specified the MimeType = application/torrent;application/xbittorrent.
But still when I reboot my phone, It doesnt associate torrent files with the torrent client.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I had easy debian installed and had the .ext2 of 2GB but after I uninstalled easy debian and deleted that 2GB .ext2 file, my available memory in MyDocs is still the same. To be more specific, conky was showing 13.17GB available when I had easy debian installed and after the removal of easy debian it still shows the same availability. Any suggestions? Thanks

Did you install it in MyDocs or on the memory card?
Is the file deleted?
What does df -h say?

It was installed in MyDocs and I deleted the file from File Manager and it no longer exist coz I don't see it anymore

and df -h says the same thing

Is it still mounted though?

Reboot and see if the space has been unallocated. You can delete the file but whilst something (eg the loop mount code) has the inode open, the inode stay allocated.
