Would this include things such as the iPad/Kindle/Nook devices as well? I mean.. is there really any other "internet tables" in the way of N770/N8x0 that aren't "smartphones" now?
I would venture a "internetdevicestalk" instead... covering pretty much any device capable of connecting to the internet smaller than a netbook.

I think the focus should return to enthusiasts towards pushing the device to do odd and interesting things.
But I can't imagine anyone would come join the site when there are specialized communities towards iPhone/iPad jailbreaking, rooting and ROMs for Android, etc..etc..
The neat thing about ITT was pushing the Maemo devices to do things beyond just the Internet. Like running KDE, Easy Debian, etc.. at least that's what it was for me.

But think about it for a moment. After putting all its chips on maemo and renaming its site, the meego ship is sailing. Which makes more sense, keeping this site anchored to a dying technology, or broadening it to include discussion of all Internet Tablets, however one defines them?
The main page of InternetTabletTalk remains -- the way to keep this site alive into the future is to go back to that name. How long is Nokia going to be willing to fund a site dedicated to maemo? Maybe for quite a while, but not forever.
But a site devoted to all pocketable or near-pocketable devices that go on the Internet? That topic will never die. Hitching your star to a defunct product is just a death wish.
All I want is 40 acres, a mule, and Xterm.
