Those things in mind i would prefer something like S-LCD currently, but really i'm sucker for AMOLEDs and if Nokia manages to have one quality AMOLED screen for N9 i'm all for it.
As a Galaxy S owner i can also say while the screen is nothing else than amazing on videos it got the same problem that Nexus ones AMOLED got where the actual resolution is not 860x480 and that really shows when you are looking at lots of text especially on this 4" screen.
