i have Qs hope to get an answer plz:
-Why Nokia produced N900 if they cant supported 100%?
-whats the use of Maemo if nokia not making major up-dates in their firmwares?
- Why many announcement & applications are not their ( Ovi & Maemo Select ) while other competitors planned for their handsets before releasing them.
<<< Why N900 is there????>>>

N8 runs Symbian, which is less ressource-hungry than Maemo. They can safely use "last years technology" for many parts and still get a good performance. The N900 needed to be up to date when it was introduced.
