most probably ip of a pc in skype p2p network
what's the port no it is connected to ?
run this command in terminal "netstat -a l grep tcp"

`lsof -i` and see what process is binding to the port.

If you have easydebian installed, run netstat -npt as root, it will show what program uses this socket. If you don't, try lsof -P | grep 82.1.19.66 .

~The chinese super hacker are inside of your N900. You have immediately remove all cables from your N900.~

Install nmap and try to scan the other IP to guess what it ist. Install tcpdump an look to the data-packages. You can filter to the desination ip.

It's fun to hunt but it's most likely just a Skype P2P connection and nothing to worry about.

Do you have tor (the onion router) installed?

The port keeps changing when reactivating the network connection
