If you want to find out what's causing the battery drain, do what several people have suggested and install a battery monitor app. There are a few options, all free, and running such a tool for even a few hours will probably pin point what app is causing the drain.
Here's my real question: If you don't have wifi, or a sim, or any type of connectivity, and you're not using it for a whole day, why is it even on? You're better off just turning it off when you're not using it, and turning it on when you want to use it (for whatever it is you're using it for). It's not like it takes all that long to boot, and I'd bet you'd get much better life out of it, even with the power cost of booting.
