anybody out there who could give me a hint, why I can not delete recorded tracks in qlandkartem on my N900 and where the tracks/waypoints are stored ?

I think i blocked track delete a while ok, because of issue in Wince !
I will reactivate it in next release this week i think with add on functionnality, kinetic scroll and OSM maps
To get track and waypoint, you have to install QLandkarte GT and download using GT device transfer. I think there is a wiki for this.
Else track and waypoints are stored in sqlite db file under .config/QLandkarteM.
Better for you is to use QLandkarte GT, i do the sync over Wifi at home

I've had some issues in synchronizing with QlandkarteGT. Maybe a corrupted database due to that ??
Database was deleted and everything is working now. Inclusive deleting the tracks.
Thanks for your help and for porting Qlandkartem to N900.
I'm using QlandkarteGT since a long time and selected the N900 mainly because of QlandkarteM.

I've done some add on , i have to fix some thing and i can release a new version with OSM support.
Did you sync with GT over Wifi ?

I need help I'm trying to use qlandkarte M to help me following traks with my bike out on the camp.
The thing is that I've been able to do is to upload traks and waypoints from qlandkarte GT to the M version.
but I can't upload any map. so I need some help. step by step if posible for dummies I promiss I have read all I found on out on the internet, but I couldn't do it.
I would love to load some areas of the osm maps into the movile for offline mode.
I'm using:
QlandkarteGT 0.18.5
GDAL:1.6.3
that's the default on ubuntu 11.11 / I could use it on windows if that helps but I would love to do it using linux.
QlandkarteM: 0.2
gdal:1.5.2
The objetive as said is to get a map for an area out of OSM loaded into the qlandkarteM for ofline use.
