This sounds a bit different. Normally the problem is it can't connect and you can try again immediately or you can't connect and have to reboot. The first is because of network timeouts. The second is because of RTComm leaks a piece of data which blocks the connection from being retried.
Let me try rephrasing this to see if I understand the problem. Every 15 minutes or so, The One Ring logs out and you have to log back in, and this is without any network connection changes?
Or is it that it takes 15 minutes of being logged out before you can try logging in again?

got another update today. thanks. good to know this is still being improved.
I think I found a bug: If I have a TOR chat window open, it correctly loads the chat history for that contact. If I then open a second chat window (with a different person), it does not display any chat history (and it continues to do this as I open more chat windows.
I think this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything about it in this thread. There are two separate fields for a TOR account - Screen Name, and forwarding number. Why does it automatically switch my screen name that I set to the forwarding number?
This is a problem because it makes my screen name in the chat window my forwarding number, which is both confusing, and it takes up half of the chat window screen (do to it's length). Is there anyway to make it say "Me" instead of my fowarding number in the chat window?
call backs and sending messages work great, i just have a problem receiving it, it takes minutes to an hour to get a message back even though a rely was sent right away.
ive configured the pollin for contacts, voicemail, and messages to zero.
what is dnd? and the forward text field?

And it doesn't do this with any of the other connection managers?
The forwarding number field is what I originally implemented. Unfortunately n8x0 users don't have access to that field due to my laziness so I made the screen name field do the same thing. The bonus also is that you can switch the screen name without logging out / in. So if you don't set a forwarding number in the screen name it does so automatically.
I haven't gotten rid of it because I thought I saw setting corruption when removing such things so I'm a bit paranoid.
Not showing a "Me" in the chat window is an issue with the Conversations app and I imagine it is on purpose so you see who you are chatting as.

When I open two chat windows for gtalk, they both show chat history correctly. Does it do the same thing for anyone else?
The only reason I am asking about the screenname field is that is what is shown next to the messages I send, and I would like to change it to me.
