The page numbers are kinda small here, it's true. Maybe a "Next" button would help too.

There is a next button (at least in the classic skin, it's actually a '>'), but it's as small as the numbers, so I'm not surprised you missed it.

Run screen calibratation from the control panel and see if that helps. I know mine is off some but I got used to it.

i agree , we either need just a larger "next" button or just make all the numbers a bit bigger so that we may more easily click on them

My suggestion is to, similar to the one in digg.com, which I feel is more IT friendly.
