most of my files are not showing on my file manager. when I enter the file manager, almost nothing shows but when i enter settings, nothing has changed since when I can see my files! HELP PLEASE!

My guess is too that you've connected via USB cable and are in "Mass storage mode", so that you'll only see the MyDocs/DCIM directory.
