Please help, I have already reflashed twice and used backup but to no avail.

Problem is all my saved contacts have disappeared however the list that contains my missed/dialled call list contains the name of my contacts that I have or they have called, but when clicking on to my contacts its all blank!

I have a number of backups from various dates but none of them have resolved this issue.

Any help welcomed

Failing that
Code:
/home/user/.osso-abook/db/addressbook.db
contains your contacts in vcard format you could extract them with a text editor and save each as a .vcf file then in file manager reload them.
You can also find the addressbook.db in one of your backup zip files.

Managed to resolve the problem!

basically this is what I did went into .osso-backup copied all the files using filebox and then pasted them in .osso-abook. Rebooted my device that didn't work then I deleted a folder called .osso-abook temp again rebooted device and Voila it worked for me.

Guys thanks for your help in pointing me towards the correct folders

I am going to lie down now busted my brain made it work today like never before and so proud of it hahah
