motorola pairs just fine with the n810
what i would do
1. go to http://mark.cdmaforums.com/DUN.htm to learn how to make sure you connecting within verizon's TOS. Verizon has some rather draconian TOS. that site gives what I believe is a rather comprehensive overview and how-to alternatively read http://www.howardforums.com/
2. delete the n810 profile in the phone
3. delete the phone profile in the n810
4. re-pair the two
5. profit- oh I mean voila
