I think all Fennec versions use this same way:

I tried this but only have 'plugin.disable' true/false available. On either setting flash wasn't working. Maybe a b3 vs b4 issue which will be resolved later?

question for firefox devs: using the latest fennec b5 build from jan 29, fremantle-qt version. Why isnt the theme (personas) working in it as well flash has been blocked? is this by design for now?
pleasse help whenever i try to play youtube video it showing me to upgrade flash player ?? how to resolve this frendz ????

I think B5 has broken compatibility with older versions. (At least the builds from 20110128) There are no addons showing up in the recommendations in the Fennec, and the Addons-site doesn't work. (It doesnt recognize it. It's useless to even try. It will only let you download the .xpi files, thats it.)
Is there an alternative way of installing addons?
