I am not sure but maybe this thread could help to find the "resize app-shortcut" solution for the CSSU. It's the pre-TC solution for resizing the shortcuts. Where CepiPerez made some changes to the modified hildon-home by Matan. Matan might know how to do it?

I've already posted a patch and implement suggestion to the CSSU bugtracker, but seems like no-one has taken over it

anyone can share the experience of installing tactile ?
The app manager keep showing incompatible package.

You need to install it using x-term:
sudo gainroot
apt-get udpate
apt-get install tactile

You'll need to uninstall the modified desktop first. There shouldn't be any issues with the others though.

I have problem with pidgin 2.7.7 and CCSU update for maemo!

the pidgin always crashes when i recieve offline messages.
when i start pidgin it crashes instantly if i recieve offline messages!

PLEASE HELP! need update! please this is the only messenger app am using for N900.

please someone of the pro ppl compile for us the new 2.7.10

btw, there wasnt any problem with pidgin and recieving offline messages before CSSU update.

it doesnt crash and works good.

but after i updated to the amazing CSSU which something i congrats everyone for it and big thanks to all people behinde it, now pidgin crashed instantly if i start the app and i have offline messages waiting to be shown!

please help guys!

It needs some work so it doesn't pollute the user's home directory. Would make a nice little project for someone who wanted to scratch their own itch.

It's me again with my "brilliant" ideas.

This time though I'd suggest to implement what Nokia told us that it would be impossible(?).

#6216 - Statusbar applet can only change USB mode from "charging only" state

Since we already have USB-hostmode (beta), which was thought to be impossible as well, couldn't this be tried with the help of CSSU-developers as well?
