I've put together a video showing this off over at Tablet-Guru.com:

Correct that you need the latest Windows beta (V4.0). Once in a phone call, you need to activate the video portion the first time. After that it will automatically startup.

Feel free to give it a go, I'll leave Gizmo up on my Tablet for the next few days. grcadden is the username.
