OK, enough of the problems. I'm back to the previous system. Otherwise I can't use my 770.
Anybody knows what the best place is to ask about this problem officially?

Thanks, Trupetto

Thanks Milhouse!
I saw some mentions already there. I'll dive into it to see if all my finding are in there already.

Anyone having the same problem?

Thanks, Trumpetto
I'll spare you the %#^* details but after returning my 770 to a service point more than three months ago I still have nothing. I didn't receive a replacement 770 and the shop didn't even seem to know the device.
Before finding out that I had to bring it to a shop and where, I was placing phone calls for 15 euro. I bought an extra memory card an car-charger also ... The shop did take it in and on the receipt I got, I saw later it will cost me at least 30 euro.

After a month I started calling. Yesterday, the guy from the shop traced my 770 from a location in the netherlands, to Hungary, to Germany and still there is no glimps of a solution.

I read about the problem all over the 770 sites and the solution seems to be simple replacement.
Then WHY does Nokia not do this?
I think the service STINKS MAJOR and promis to never buy any Nokia again.
