was it a typo - i really liked the word, so checked out if it "existed"...

this is what I got:
--------
1. durfing
V. The act of combining the activity of taking a dump and surfing the internet simutaneously, most commonly by using a wireless connection.
------

-- now that is funny IMHO

I just saw the story on cnet that fennec was available - the story said for 810 AND 800 ( I have an 800) so off I went. Downloaded it and, no way to enter an address, won't bring up the onscreen keyboard. It is alpha, I know, but has anyone had better luck?

MicroB is ok, but this would be nice, if and when it works.

Eh, clone your OS to a 2GB+ SD card and it doesn't seem so big...

Big, like everything else, is a relative term.

I get the onscreen keyboard on my N800 sometimes - usually not. I don't see a pattern. It's slooow, yes. And the fact that it doesn't respond to user input (like popping up the keyboard when I click on a text input box) doesn't help either.

Besides, I sometimes don't know how to achieve certain things. Opening a page in a new tab/window for example? How? I don't understand the concepts behind this UI.

It installs and runs nicely. Very promising, but actually it is slow as molasses.

Lack of scrollbars is kinda bad too. Maybe not only because we use scrollbars to scroll the page, but because the scrollbar is a reference where exactly we are in a page.
