Weirdest thing in the world. I went to sleep after several unsucessful attempts. When I woke up this morning, the card showed up in file manager again! BTW I tested some of the movies that I copied, all played fine.

FWIW, if you click on the seller's name, you will see that the guy has 100% feedback from 1458 transactions. If you choose to do business with him, don't forget to buy an adapter somewhere: it is not included.

play the last-in to see there is no problem.
It seems you have a good card. A modified one would not past 8G! or maybe even 4G !

lol. I've seen cards that were 1gb and had the bios hacked to read 8gb. The part that was a hoot was that they were selling these back before 8gb was even on the market.

Too bad I deleted the bloated temp folder on the card after the copying test. Will report back if any problems occur. Meanwhile, all the audio and video files seem to work.
