No, it should not read "optimized", as it could clearly be mistaken for the original meaning of optimized which is:

to make as effective, perfect, or useful as possible.
and does not necessarily intersect with the actual denotation of the word which for optified:

being installed into the users /opt
so optimized will only create further confusion

one thing ive noticed when uve installed an app, it keeps where u were up to in the list...

and digital nature theme has been updated

I don't think that fix does what you think it does. It sounds to me as though it'll just fix the issue with installed application icons sometimes not appearing until after a reboot (which is purely a cosmetic issue).
