If you leave the headphones plugged in and go into FM radio dropdown and switch to 'speakers' the n900's speakers will then play...or... if you unplug the headphones and plug in a little pair of powered computer speakers they will then play (the wire to the speaker then works as antenna)...at least this works well for me.

I have the phone in my left pocket and the camera *has* to be facing up when i put it in, otherwise the keyboard slides open, unlocking it..

Using my left thumb to go to apps/desktop (from top right corner) interferes with the ambient light sensor which in turn dims the screen (have it in power saving mode).

there is an option to play the radio through the speaker when the head phone is plunged in.

I hate it when someone calls, then a list of WLAN pops up, laggs up the whole process, and i gotta tap out of the menu, then talk. I don't have 3g, so it always tries to connect me to a network.

I hate that when the screen is turned off, try pressing the power button to get to the "slide to unlock", and from that screen, you can't double tap the power button to turn off the screen. It works when the sceen's on for everything else.

And lastly just resource management. I think the phone and music player should be given a lot more priority when in use. I hate it when it stutters when i play the music player, or when the phone takes a good second to load. I wouldn't mind for web pages to load a bit more slower when using those things

A couple of annoyances (if you can call them that)

Tapping the home screen brings down the gear icon to customise the desktop, no I clicked on an icon to launch the program not want to delete them !!

Going into Ovi Store using Micro B always makes it portrait, no other web site does this

Maybe Nokia should remove Portrait mode completely from PR1.3.....
because of this i disabled auto rotation for the phone app
Now it is hard in portrait mode and only when i slide out the keyboard it is hard in landscape.

i got to say the virtual Keyboard. Hate it when you press the button and then it slip to something else. I like the old version more. I keep pressing "M" instead of "SPACE"

you all must have some gremlins in your pockets or are wearing way too tight of pants. my 900 has never unlocked in my pocket or open the camera cover. infact i dont seem to have any of the issues i read about on this board.

about the only issue that bugs me is that when watching a video and a txt, email, or IM comes through, the video starts fooking up and then the phone wont respond to any actions of screen or button presses. it takes about 3 minutes for the phone to pull it self together to where i can get to the txt and clear it from my open tasks, otherwise the video just plays like crap. any ideas??

1)The corners of the screen are unresponsive sometimes. In frustration I sometimes tap the MORE in the righthand bottom corner 2 or 3 times. For some reason I am getting a delayed response and then I have now tapped the angry birds icon which is located in the same place if it would have responded.

2)It's hard to surf gizmag.com without hitting a link

3) the stylus is scratching the screen. They are light scratches but they are definitely the stylus as I rarely use my fingernail and they are strokes I make while surfing and I keep always in a silk pouch.

4) These keys are too small for my fingers. I'm 6'1"
I have to cut my thumbnails weird. They are trimmed except the outside part sticks out like little horns so that I can peck at each small key without hitting the ones surrounding it.

5) no dpad on the left ruined my willingness to play games on it until I saw the ps3 controller hack by smoku. Can't wait for that to appear in app manager.

6) tmobile claims they neither support nor prevent you from tethering your pc or laptop to the N900 but when you do so the quality and behavior of the connection is poor unless you maintain a stream. But if you pick a video to stream every time you tether to the N900 you quickly go over their monthly limit and they give you notice that your speed will be reduced for the rest of that month. In other words when tethering you have to use it or lose it. Go to the bathroom, come back try to open a webpage it cannot find it. You've been dropped but you are still connected according to pc suite. AT&T 3G did not do this.

7) There are a lot of forms on the internet that malfunction when filling them out with the N900. Capitalization turns off by itself also ctrl sometimes other times it is as though you have pressed when you haven't. An example is go in front of a vons store and hook up to the wifi and then sign up for their coupons added to your vons card thing. I think it's called shortcuts.com. Fill out your personal info. Some of the fields act as though you have pressed enter and you have only entered one character.

8) There is no tab

9) There is no flash 10.1
Why can't we get a clear answer WHY? Finger pointing by forum members here and at adobe to the other company doesn't cut it.

That's all I can think of right now. I am stressed because this dildo skipped out on his mortgage and didn't tell us and now I have to sleep in a crap $300 car I had to buy and put my stuff in storage until next paycheck.
