Lexulous.com plays quite well, even on my 5 year old tablet.
Of course I need to use Xkbd since I don't have a keyboard.
The hildon keyboard can be used for everything else, which also includes chatting.
You can play live, with robots, and even correspondence email where you'll receive instant notifications.
