Sorry thought that last bit was directed towards us - didn't realize it was an email to Nokia. Congratulations sir, that is quite a rant!

While I know it's all just a series of emails, if I might suggest it would have been much less controversial to just include the responses from Nokia along with a very (very) brief one liner about whatever it was that prompted Nokia to respond to you in the first place - but put that one liner right at the top so we know the context.

Simply: I emailed nokia about Flash support, here is their response:

<response from Nokia here>

What a good many people don't want to see is another repeat of the tired old arguments that Nokia drops support for products as soon as the next model falls off the production line, lack of support for features when support has long existed through free 3rd party channels and on and on and on.

What are everyones problem. I had no problem understanding the bottom was the original message. And it was not a whining thread.. I think it was good. It is better ppl start sending mail to Nokia expressing their feelings instead of doing it here.

It's a horrible sort of message that you can get from any major customer service department in the country. It is what happens when people without knowledge or responsibility are asked to respond to queries they don't particularly understand. It should be taken with 100% salt, not grains.

based on your skill of reading comprehension, I'd stop posting completely to tmo if I was you...

no, i agree with mmurfin87. It sounds like, 'well in this case, n900 uses linux, but in other scenarios it might not be...'. Sounds like a bad english translation.

edit: mmurfin shouldve quoted the whole sentence, which helps the alleviate the 'in this case, blah blah blah' thing, but adds to confusion elsewhere IMO. Does anyone else think it's kind of a run-on sentence? Maybe some more punctuation would help clean it up...
