I made a config file, and I put it into the correct directory.

I wanted to DISABLE the notification when receiving an e-mail.

In my config file I wrote

[email.arrived]
active=false
mce-pattern-name=PatternCommunication

Unfortunately, it still lights up when I receive an e-mail.

Should I edit this to just have PatternOff?

Or is it not the right format and it's ignoring the config file.

Also, I have enabled a number of other thing, is there a way to find out what you have enabled by default, so I can discover if my config file made any difference?

MAG, could you please specify in title that it's for Harmattan/N9** only? Thanks in advance.

Hi MohammadAG

Is it possible to make the led not blinking when proximity sensor is covered (e.g. device in pocket)? And then led starts blinking once proximity sensor is uncovered (e.g. device out of pocket)? Just taking the practice of Stand-by screen as reference. It seems that it could help saving some juice.

Or modifying the config related to proximity sensor could do the trick?

Examine mce.ini.
Breathing light fixed, by turning the second number in that line to 2 (display behavior) .
