Good job orava! Please continue to make Mapsi better!

Suosittelisin hänelle kyttäämään pullonpalautuksia, josko saisi ilmiannettua jonkun joka ei ilmoita kerättyjä pullonpalautustulojaan verotukseen. v3.6.2 for N900 is available here.

Installation:
1. Install latest Qt Mobility 1.2 libraries. If you have extras-devel repository enabled you can install those with "apt-get install libqtm-12=1:1.2.0+git20111104-0nd~fremantle5" or if you don't you can download libraries from here (and install with "dpkg -i libqtm-12_1.2.0+git20111104-0nd~fremantle5_armel.deb").
2. Download .deb file from the link above and install it.
3. Copy WMS settings file to "/home/user/MyDocs/.mapsi/" (or attach N900 to computer using mass storage mode and copy settings file to ".mapsi" folder in root (e.g. "D:\.mapsi\") (Create that folder if it don't exist) ).
4. Delete "settings.ini" (if it exists) from the same directory as in previous step.

Hold your horses guys...

orava, check this proposal that Maanmittaushallitus have made. If I understood it even close, they want to enable applications like this and even commercial ones.

If someone tries this let me know whether it works.
I added my TK-102 and it's phone number to Mapsi and also enabled it. Then I called to my TK-102's number and soon I recieved sms with coordinates. Should Mapsi automatically catch the location from sms ? Or do I need to do something more ?

Yes, it should catch all the messages sent from the number you've set(number should be e.g. 0400123456) and parse coordinates out of them. Also those messages that Mapsi parses shouldn't appear in your phones received messages. Does that sms you received from your TK-102 exists in you received messages? Could you also show an example of the sms message your TK-102 sends 'cause all the TK-102 manuals I read seemed to have a bit different format.

"old" wms_settings.ini if somebody needs it.
wms_settings.ini

tää on vanhahko wms_settings.ini johon tein tarvittavat urlin muutokset, toimaa ainakin omassa ysisatasessa.

yritän lisätä tuonne wms_settingsiin museoviraston muinaisjäännöksiä.

wmsUrls_19=http://kartta.nba.fi/arcgis/services/WMS/MVWMS/MapServer/WMSServer
wmsActiveUrl_19=0
wmsType_19=layer
wmsName_19=Muinaisj\xe4\xe4nn\xf6kset
wmsLayers_19="1,1,1,1,1" <---haettava layeri
wmsLayerNames_19="1,2,3,4,5" <---layerille annettu nimi
wmsLayerWidths_19="2048,1024,512,256,128" <----layerin leveys?
wmsTransparent_19=true
wmsLayerMinX_19=0
wmsLayerMinY_19=5376000
wmsLayerMaxX_19=1202783
wmsLayerMaxY_19=8587250
wmsLayerEpsg_19=3067
wmsVersion_19=1.1.1
wmsLayerImageWidth_19=256
wmsLayerImageHeight_19=256
wmsLayerImageFormat_19=image/png

ja ongelmana on jotta kohteet näkyy miten sattuu ja olleenkaan. Olen noita arvoja yritys-erehdys keinolla kokeillu mutta en saa toimimaan kunnolla. Mistä nuo layereitten leveydet saa? vai mistä ongelma kiikastaa..

edit. Linkki toimivaan wms_settingsiin viahdettu ja nyt toimaa muinaisjäänteetkin.
