I can't. Typing on desktop behaves as expected, no killed letters, consistently.

CSSU, PowerKernel 46.

Is it possible to add an option in the cssu to disable the 'flip to silence incoming calls' thing? I miss calls all the time while i'm trying to answer my phone..
Thanks.

Thanks.
I think that's part of the phone UI which is closed-source by Nokia, so not fixable by the community without rewriting the entire app.

Would it not be possible to run a daemon that would intercept and drop the dbus call for the accelerometer once an incoming call is triggered?

I'm technically OT, but how exactly is flip-to-silence killing your calls? The only thing that will do is keep the phone screaming like an idiot even though the user has flipped up, looked at the screen and decided to lay the phone face down. What, you forget it's ringing?

If anything, I'd like that option more for alarms than for the phone :P

i have run my phone oc @700 with the cssu installed since the second release and had only the minor bugs i.e no hildon crashes, or should i say minimal, and very rarely the modest crash problem.
I installed cssu features config and only changed zoom on press and all was still working well. Today i tried changing blurless desaturation to meego/symbian and my troubles began 29 modest connections according to conky each one crashing one after the other, major hildon crashes and of course it has slowed right down to a stand still. i have had to put it into rnd mode just to change back to maemo style.
has there been any other reports of this cssu features config causing trouble ?

Edit: removed cssu feature config and went back to stock cssu settings uptime hour and a half still no modest/hildon crashes

Yes, to the letter. Though it may have been connected with USB cable. So, it didn't reboot by itself. I had to go to x-terminal and sudo gainroot; reboot from there.

I installed CSSU, using MicroB from the web page. There was no error message. I rebooted. But there is no About Community SSU under Settings / General. I also installed CSSU Features Configuration. But the application couldnt identify my n900 as having CSSU installed. It just quit.

Any idea of what is wrong?
What is the actual message you are getting?

There are two cases that the app refuses to continue:
- CSSU is not installed
- the options are not available in the transitions.ini

PS: I will work in future versions to change the outcome. That is, instead of exiting in the first will offer the option to install it and in the second to update the configuration file.
