Some of my desktops are looking a bit samey now, but I'm still experimenting with editing my own icons. I'm thinking about going for a completely different look next time I change my desktop. I'll post it when i'm done.

Ok. Bearing in mind, I only started playing with this last night. I am using the commands for desktop command ex. widget (like you have got), but put them into Queen Beecon Widget (from the repos). Then I just removed the .png backgrounds for the command and the result. Then just fiddle with the allignment for the spacing. Honestly, the way I figured it out was trial and error.
The blue dots in the screenshot show you which two .png's to delete. When you have deleted them, click save and run. Oh, forgot, also, under the very first setting, which is type, you need to change this from a beecon to a snippet. If you need more help, let me know, and i'll try to help as best I can.

Well it's been a while !
I was given a new N8 a while ago So I've been busy messing around on that! "WOW"!!!
Still "NOT" as much fun as the N900. Well with the N8 as my Mobile (Till the N9 / N? is out for the public) My N900 has replaced my Toshiba laptop for most things....
Just thought I would show my (3) screens..
Kind Regards Qosmio

That's not a dock bar mate, i's simply edited on a PC to give it the bar look and then the widgets placed over the top of the bar. Easy as pie.
