I see the finish shop is closed right now.
Are there any other places in the EU where I can get a good qwerty keypad? I wouldn't mind a higher price if the quality is ok, so I'd be fine with 14 Euro for an original part.
Last week I e-mailed the two nearest Nokia shops (which also repair mobile phones) and asked for a replacement, but didn't receive any answer. So I guess trying to get one via official channels doesn't work.

I have seen some website stating they are original but the pics look like that cheapo ebay one with the thicker lettered font on the keypad - so I have steered clear

Quite expensive (£14), but I've seen it mentioned in lots of places as the best site for OEM parts.
That website has been down for the last few days..........

I bought the bootleg keypad. One thing to keep in mind is that the "blue" symbols cannot be seen in the dark like they could be in the stock keypad. They seem to be painted on on top of the black plastic.

Since I only spent about 1.50 or so on the bootleg, I'm not terribly disappointed but I am looking to buy a legit one now so I can see the blue symbols in the dark. Anyone know a different link besides the one discussed in this thread, as it seems to be out of stock (I've asked them if they expect to get more)?

It's been a while since I've looked for N900 replacement keypads, but I'm still looking for one where both the blue and white identifiers are translucent and there seems to be more parts sellers on ebay etc.

Anyone know if the current replacements have clear identifiers or are they still painted?

Official stock keypads seem to be long dried up.
