As the application is free anyway, why not upload it to Extras-Devel / Extras-Testing? It offers a way to upload binary-only packages, no source code required.
I'm one of the Instinctiv developers. We're working closely with Nokia to get these issues resolved. We're told it'll be about a 12 hours before this is all sorted out. Sorry for the bumpy launch!

Create a playlist with name....then go to that playlist and it will have an option to add songs.

So what is the reason this application is not in extras-devel yet? Binary-only apps are welcome too.
We simply haven't investigated the repo, how to upload to it and what the reqs are
