I personally find it to be slow as everyone else does, but for an Alpha release it is pretty nice. for simple web page like google news and bbc news low graphics its really easy to use. I think that if they can stabilize it and get the speed up a little, this could easily be the browser of choice on maemo.

SLOW?

Do you have Fennec slow? I had a chat with a few Fennec developers yesterday. Look at the roadmap and blockers for a stable release. Optimizing the code to make Fennec faster is the very next stage. If you ran previous builds of Fennec you experienced various crashes. Now its much more stable.

You can also run Fennec on Linux/Windows/MacOS X.

And, here is another thread. Keep it central!
