yes Catorise 0.7.4 has the duplication bugs on some menus. Eg: clock, Conversation, Media player and Email.
Uninstalled Categorise and everything should be back to normal. Hope this help.

why would you want 4 of the same icons on every windows? One is too much already, the more icons the slower your device would be at start up. And when you switching screen.

I have these duplicate entries, too.
If I add, for example, one "Photos" shortcut, there's only one left in the shortcut selection list. If I add that to my homescreen, too, there are no "Photos" entries anymore in the shortcut selection list.

The thread "N 900 NEEDS HELP HERE!!!!!! problems!!!" with fifteen posts has been merged into this thread.
Uninstalled Categorise and everything should be back to normal. Hope this help.
