I went for the iGo stowaway (the full-size one, reviewed by Thoughtfix among others) instead of the Nokia. It works well, despite being a US layout (there are no HID keyboards available for my native language layout). In fact it turned out that with the N800 set to my language the layout of the keyboard followed suit.. except that due to some physical keys missing in the US version there are a couple of letters missing. I don't mind that the letters on top of the keys don't match the language, as I'm a touch typist.
One of the screws (left of the battery holder) was broken when I got the keyboard, it didn't seem to create any problems and as I was just about to go on the road I decided to keep it instead of mailing it back. When I get home I'll probably add a drop of glue there though.
I have no problems recommending this keyboard. It has served me well in airports and elsewhere, where it would be inconvenient or too much hassle to unpack my laptop, add the wi-fi usb stick, boot the thing etc. It's made my N800 even more useful.

EDIT: Another screw came loose, not sure what caused that (can't see any damage), there may be some little quality problem right there. More glue when I get home.
