I faced this only when using some "big" font.
I am using SwissA the Default size .
I noticed another thing ... some times in Landscape mode this doesn't happen and buttons appears in the right order , I think it has to be in an exact orientation to make it happen and fixing it is by just turning the mobile to force Portrait mode and go back to landscape (It works even if the Landscape orientation Lock is enabled )

It must have something to do with the Accelerometer sensor , it is now more confusing for me

MAG is responsible for testing. The stable version is governed by merli1991. He also is close to pushing it in the wild. Let's keep our fingers crossed and wait with a bit of patience

The N900 is not a portrait device. All of you who are asking that the CSSU get bogged down with portrait vkb - get a N9 instead, and spare us the overhead.

Yes, it wasn't meant to be portrait. But i like seeing it become portrait'able. What issues do you want to get fixed? Is there something very important? Btw n9 and n900 are different things, they are not comparable as i think.

2 bugs, if someone can confirl..
1) compared to stock camera app, the camera-ui takes low quality videos.. i uploaded em on fb.. with stock, they're are bigger in size and quality.. in camera-ui, they're jus 24 mb for.. 3 min? and 250mb for 10 min for stock.. thats a big difference.. and yes, i was using it on highest quality..

2)the flashlight applet wont work.. says camera is in use..

I can confirm the flashlight bug.
