Well I just burned my first CD from my 810. Package will be forthcoming, but your gonna need KDE. So I imagine its not going to help Texrat much, but its possible I just did it.

I am sorry, I just attempted to use this and the modules all load, but they do not work. I just recompiled the modules and it works again. I will update the (deb) shortly.

See the first post it has been updated with a new deb that works with the latest OS version.

I was able to burn my entire flash partition to a CD. I should have a package soon for burning (its already done, I am testing again now) but again KDE will be a prereq. Although the command line tools will all be available inside the deb. Without KDE though you will not have the k3b frontend.

I just mounted a suse linux dvd using a lite-on external (mains-powered) USB dvd drive (one of these: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/156222 - quite a bargain at GB£31 or US$50!), so I am extremely please!
