Hi,
Sorry to butt in. Im a contributor to some of your more recent noise, and I am just learning how your lovely forum works and what it is about.

Can I maybe suggest that you have an improved community introduction page - maybe something similar to this from Ubuntu telling people your; structure, a code of conduct, how they can help, and a bit of what your all about.

Maybe having people agree to a code of conduct before being allowed to post would be a step forward?

I know where you live.

Sorta.

Something that lays out for the user exactly where to go, including examples of certain problems.

Plus.. I think it really needs to be determined exactly how Brainstorm is supposed to be used... A specific problem, with several solutions: or a broader parent problem, with several unrelated suggestions.
In process.

It's actually quite comical to me that this thread has come so completely full circle... wasn't the first point in the OP about patience?

Yup.

But I'll tell ya: before addressing the "where to go" part of any FAQ, I really, really wanna redesign portions of this disjointed site...

Heh. All I can do is whine anyway. But it would be about structure only.

No.. whining isn't all you can do. You can present a full layout, detailed with explanations and make a case... much more effective

(no worries: I'm quite sure that's what you were already doing and calling it whining )
