If the problem is with flash try clearing the flash directory.
Code:
/home/user/.macromedia
flash stores infomation there saving it from being downloaded each time you wish to stream video, clearing it out might help.

Try this after a fresh reboot and before you start the browser as once the browser has been started it never properly exit memory and setting can be difficult to change as a result.

I still get permission denied ????

Are you sure you are root?

Install OpenSSH on the phone and WinSCP on your Windows PC and try deleting them that way.

When installing OpenSSH it should ask you for a password, if it doesn't then open XTerm and type
Code:
sudo gainroot
passwd
and then enter a password.

Next to a complete reinstallation, I just had the same problem and this solution worked fine !
