yep, It WAS internally existing, or better said, some copies on local PCs. same as the version with USB OTG done and HW prototypes of Alpha 1 and Alpha 2 (N950s) with original build quality and slightly different HW. I had that in hands, in silver, nice... My N950 is as everyone elses DEVELOPER version, black. with PR1.1 still

afaik, there are at least two on ebay and some on russian sites for sale

I just emailed him asking for actual images and why 0 feedback. Lets see if he replies.

Update: He just posted actual images of the device, and also says he is new to eBay because he doesn't usually shop online.

My god just look at that keyboard. I wouldn't buy anything that came near that thing.
