To remove the shadows from the icons you need to replace them with clear shadows of the same size.

Replace the image called ApplicationShortcutApplet.png in your usr/share/themes/YOUR THEME/images (in your case it'll be the usr/share/themes/an-drioid/images) folder with the attached - the easiest way of doing which is through use of OpenSSH and WinSCP:

Hey
How do you use this applet? I put the png in usr/share/themes/YOUR THEME/images but what now?
Sorry for asking, maybe the answer is really simple but I don't know how to use it now haha
How do you put this on the desktop screen and add new links in it?
Thanks a lot!!

Edit: I got it, thanks!

Gosh!
I just saw that I don't have a ''lock terminal'' or ''secure device'' button anymore! LOL
Anyone knows how I can bring this back ?

LOL. You need to go back to your systemui file at /etc/systemui and make sure your file looks like this for the lock screen button:

<powerkeymenu path="/">
<title>powerup_application_title</title>
<po>osso-powerup-shutdown</po>

<menuitem priority="700" name="powerup_memainmenu_lockscreen">
<return>1</return>
<po>osso-powerup-shutdown</po>
</menuitem>

and for the lock device one like this:

<menuitem priority="100" name="powerup_memainmenu_lockdevice" disabled="yes">
<keyfile>/var/run/mce/call</keyfile>
<return>4</return>
<po>osso-powerup-shutdown</po>
<disabled_reason name="powerup_ib_device_lock_not_available">
<po>osso-powerup-shutdown</po>
</disabled_reason>
</menuitem>

Yeah I believe they disappeared because biggzy was aiming at a clean look power menu w/out too many buttons so he edited it accordingly. Glad to hear that you are back to normal.
