I hope they improve the way to use the menu. for example if you want to connect bluetooth and profile through and the menu, you have to make the task one time after the other. it's very irritating. After the first task, the Menu is hided, then you have to open it again

Also Iīm pretty sure that you can automate some stuff buy learning scripting trought shell and maybe this widget:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Desktop_Comman...Widget_scripts

But itīs true that sometimes itīs frustrating that menu closes itself automatically.

lol this thread is great, people actually arguing over the idea of installing a leaked update, after PR1.2 I don't see the point really, it caused trouble for people using Titans kernel and didn't actually provide us with much, I personally think I will just wait this time, watch everyone else have the problems and then hopefully I can avoid doing the same hehe

You snarky son of a b*tch. ...I would, too.

But! Given Nokia is making people wait.. and wait... and wait... and you have to rely on Nokia to provide you with the fixes, since it's nothing like the desktop Linux experience... or no, wait... I thought Maemo was supposed to be like desktop Linux in your pocket, wasn't it?

i would rather buy stand alone gps device for my car rather buy that damn sygic.

May b its some kind of a nokia strategy not to release turn by turn early else no one would opt for sygic

As a rule, Nokia do not announce in advance the release dates of firmware updates. You'll know it when it happens.

Wait, that's nearly the N900's marketing slogan.
