Unless my mind is completely fooling me, I distinctly remember that the TV signal did _not_ turn off when the N900 screen did. I tested TV out some days ago.

when I connect the N900 with an external display, the TV-out signal go off when the screen of the N900 go off. But I want that the signal is still alive when the screen go off.
Because I want to play music form the N900 over my radio in my car. It have a 8" display and I don't want to drive with a black screen.
Is it a bug or is it normal? And how can I fix it?
