yeah i know, and i'm using it, but i was just asking myself "why is there an ovi repo if there's no app from it ?" but that's just a question because i don't mind using the browser

The repo is there to actually install the apps from (when you click in the browser it just passes the details through to App manager). The apps aren't shown in the App manager because Nokia want a single interface to the Ovi store.
