Yes. netcat is in the tools repository and socat (a related utility) is in extras-devel.

Is there any package of netcat for N900?
I was looking in extras devel, testing, even in cssu repository but no luck >:
Besides making network tests, netcat is a fast and handy way to transfer files from the network.

Help improve N900, vote for:
Information about what the email client is doing
Find applications easily with tags for sub-menus
A better help system
Limit download of emails per connection type (don't fetch attachments)
A better use of internal flash
