@demolition, I was thinking about the userbase if and when the Beeb make yet another change to their client logic.

Especially if the app was also compiled for other phones out there...

Umm - could someone look into developing an applet to toggle between standard and "iPlayer-enabled" mode? I'm going to pass this thread to the BBC Backstage mailing list to see if they could find...

How many times have I, when covering sound-desk at church, told inexperienced vocalists and speakers that the ONE thing we ask them NOT to do is BLOW INTO A MIC?!

You can blow gain stages that...
