I assume that you have activated your flickr account in the sharing settings (settings->sharing accounts).

In the photo viewer, press the menu bar. A drop-down menu appears. Choose 'Share images'....

Do you have a link for that U9500 statement? I know that U8500 will be used by Nokia but I doubt that Nokia has already committed to using U9500.

If you have the brightness set to max, the light sensor seems to be ignored. So set the brightness below max and it should automatically adjust brightness.

You have a good point. Intel and the whole MeeGo ecosystem cannot afford to have devices that are 'sort of MeeGo compatible'. So because of that I don't think that there will be any Nokia device...
