Alright, although you are using pirated software, I'm gonna help you out:
Install 7zip on your COMPUTER. http://www.7-zip.org/
Right click on the rar file and then unpack it using the 7zip option...

Sygic Volume Low!
Hey Guys.
I bought Sygic Mobile Maps yesterday. I tried it on my N900, but the voice volume is quite low!
Using FM transmitter is pretty inconvenient, this is why I'd like to boost the volume....

I had that problem too! I'm assuming you were using a rom with an uppercase file extension like blablabla.GBA
change the uppercase extension to *.gba and you are good to go!
