Hummm. Good hint. I've already reflashed root, but not the eMMC. Do you know of any log files i might be looking at? I want to try to fix this before having to reflash everything again...

NETCAT - has anybody ported it to the N900?
Does anybody know if there is a port of netcat to the N900? I can't find it in the regular repos...
Besides making network tests, netcat is a fast and handy way to transfer files from the network....

There are two main risks, I think:
Somebody loging into you N900 - if you install telnetd or OpenSSH-Server you should change the passwords. Of course, this can happen even if you are on...
