you can make video calls on 3G with the google talk built in from one google talk user to another - not sure if this qualifies for what you're looking for though

Nokia Maps in Israel

Just arrived in Israel - was assuming I could use Nokia Maps on my N9 here, but when I tried to download, there is no Israel to be found.

And on the WiFi network, it doesn't download any detail...

Well, I wish they wouldn't release updates in big chunks.. there's tons of fixes already in place, but we won't see them until PR1.2 comes out, whenever that is.

I had Google Mail disabled, just Google Talk, since I don't use gmail. On a whim I tried enabling Mail as well, and keep it as 'constantly updated'. So far, that seems to be keeping Google Talk...

It's not just dependent on your connections... both my wife's N9 and mine have identical internet connections; wifi at home and the same 3G provider when out and about. Her phone never seems to...
