No, there's not, because there's no date indication in the server replies to LIST or STAT. "Don't download older than" would mean...

Yes, there is a gpg package used for the repositories, but it only provides the executable, whereas Claws needs libgpgme, for which there's no package. I plan to look at that, see if I can package...
